Shipping destinations and cost

Z&Z Fragrance ships to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

United States shipments

All shipments to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so you will not be asked to pay them upon delivery.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 7–10 days
• United States: 7–21 days, depending on customs clearance

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Customs processing and changes in US trade policy can affect transit times, and some shipments may take longer than estimated.

Order tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund for the affected item or a free replacement, and we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
