What are Z&Z fragrance oils (attars)? How are they different from regular perfumes?
We craft highly concentrated, oil-based fragrance oils, known as attars. Unlike alcohol-based perfumes (like Eau de Parfum), ours are designed for application on clothing and fabric, creating a lasting scent bubble around you.

What's the difference between fragrance types?

Do you offer samples?
Yes — our Discovery Set includes four 3ml bottles, letting you explore our scents before buying a full-size bottle.

Using & Caring for Your Fragrance Oil

Does it contain alcohol?
Our fragrance oils may contain trace amounts of alcohol naturally present in certain raw materials. They are primarily oil-based rather than alcohol-based perfumes.

How should I apply attar?
Roll a small amount onto your palm, rub your palms together, then gently apply to your clothing. A little goes a long way — Attar is highly concentrated and naturally long-lasting.

How should I store my fragrance oils?
Store bottles in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keep them capped tightly after use.

Can I layer your scents?
Yes. Apply lightly and experiment to create a unique combination.

Is it skin-safe?
Our Attar Collection perfume oils are primarily intended for application on clothing. If applying to skin, perform a patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.

What if I have an allergic reaction?
Discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before wider use.

What are your shipping costs?
Free shipping on all orders — Canada & USA, no minimum.

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days.

• USA: 5–10 business days

Where do you ship?
Currently Canada and the United States. All duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP) — nothing owed at your door.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

What if my package is damaged in transit?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like scent preference or change of mind.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we'll help resolve it.
